For a long time, my fear of being ostracised has overtaken my entire life.
The memory of the time when no one turned up at my birthday party leaked through all the invitations I send out － and it inhibited me in my business big time.
I have had the wildest fears about no sign ups when I open a group programme, and so I would much prefer to work one-to-one.
I don't "teach" in a linear way because I am aware of my human experience and how perspectives can change as I continue to grow into my vortex of stillness.
Also, I am certainly not devoid of emotions.
I still feel pain and fear and rejected and angry and all the stuff called emotions － and I use these as signposts and experiences to guide my clients from the soul.
What we have here in the things we call emotions are truly lead waiting to be alchemised into gold － and emotional mastery forms such a great foundation for my work because I truly believe that emotions need to be felt for us to ease up the nervous system so that we can take back ownership in creating our lives the way we want it to be, and stop hanging our energetic hats on external circumstances.
Thought-feelings-actions in alignment.
Body-mind-spirit in integration.
Information that leads on to integration and then transformation is what makes a difference. Not information overload to full paralysis.
And I am so grateful for all my past struggles and pain, sensitivities that I used to see as a hindrance, because that is what makes me an alchemist who is big on embodiment of BOTH your human and cosmic magnificence.
I have a range, from free resources and lower-tier priced events, to a group immersion and 1:1 mentorship.
However you engage with my work, I thank you for being here.
It has been so good to no longer be hanging my sense of validation or safety on numbers of sign ups. I have never been so at ease in my own skin.
This is not and has never been a popularity contest.
The moment I began to commit to embody this in everything I do, I started to collapse time.
